|Recommended: YesGreat — I’m happy
|Recommended: YesRating — I can truly say things have got much better here the noise level is dropping. They only thing I would say is they are still driving way to fast. It's a lot of kids here, I would hate to see someone get hurt.
|Recommended: YesFirst Apartment — Very secluded Tucked away, no high traffic I can hear footsteps above me but not all the time Just here and there I’ve not had any other problems Clean friendly
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Overall it's very quiet. The neighbors above you can be a bit trying with the bumping. If you can handle that then it's all good.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Call Home — Quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I love my new home.
|Recommended: YesQuiet, clean place to live with minor issues — Overall, Summit Crossing is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful and I love that it is a pet-friendly community. They have fantastic amenities that they maintain well. Yes, it is on the pricey side, but the quiet location is mostly worth it. You do not necessarily get a lot of space for your money, however. Our one-bed apartment is less than 700 sq. ft.
I only have a couple of complaints but they're likely things that you might experience at other apartment complexes. We moved in late July of 2020. Since moving in, there have been SEVERAL days where we have experienced very low water pressure or no water at all. One time this issue even stretched over about 5 days in a row. It has been a bit frustrating, especially since Summit Crossing didn't offer any sort of compensation for it monetarily.
Additionally, the parking fills up quite fast and sometimes you have to park pretty far away from your apartment building. It is tolerable, though.
I have lived in several apartment complexes townhomes in the Kansas City area and Summit Crossing has easily been my favorite by far.
|Recommended: YesNew Resident Portal — We've not had any major issues. Would recommend the community to people. They are family friendly. My only issue is this new portal. IT IS NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY.
|Recommended: YesVet Resident — Quite but things are changing. Rent is a bit high. Overall it’s better than other properties.
|Recommended: YesCommunity — It's a community
|Recommended: YesTenants don't leash pets as they should — Great for pet lovers, walls are a tad thin, hit water runs out fast and tenants don't leash or clean up after let's as should. Good starting point tho.
