|Recommended: YesOverall Satisfied So Far — The landscaping needs attention in most areas. The grass is dead and weeds are taking over. We have noticed litter in our yard daily.
Dog park needs attention. Most people are not cleaning up after their dogs inside the park.
Office staff Brianna and Alisa are outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. They get on your problem immediately. I really appreciate them.
Neighbors are friendly. For the most part it’s a quiet comfortable neighborhood, with only a few people playing music too loud in their cars. Overall we are satisfied so far.

|Recommended: YesSummit Crossing — It is a fairly nice place, although the floor plans do not seem to have been planned out very well for optimal furniture placement. It seems like a nice area to live in and is very close to a lot of shopping restaurant options. The community amenities seem great and abundant. Getting checked in on move-in day was easy, but not very thorough they essentially just handed us the keys with minimal information provided. We have had multiple maintenance issues one of these issues was the dryer not working upon move-in, which took awhile to get addressed. We have also been here 1.5 weeks already and still have not been given our mail key.

|Recommended: YesN A — Procedures to do online setups stink. Especially portal setups. Twice during our stay here we had to setup scheduled rental payments multiple times to get it to work. Very much a hassle. We like living here very much but hard to maintain a good attitude on procedural tasks.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, Clean Place To Live With Minor Issues — Overall, Summit Crossing is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful and I love that it is a pet-friendly community. They have fantastic amenities that they maintain well. Yes, it is on the pricey side, but the quiet location is mostly worth it. You do not necessarily get a lot of space for your money, however. Our one-bed apartment is less than 700 sq. ft.
I only have a couple of complaints but they're likely things that you might experience at other apartment complexes. We moved in late July of 2020. Since moving in, there have been SEVERAL days where we have experienced very low water pressure or no water at all. One time this issue even stretched over about 5 days in a row. It has been a bit frustrating, especially since Summit Crossing didn't offer any sort of compensation for it monetarily.
Additionally, the parking fills up quite fast and sometimes you have to park pretty far away from your apartment building. It is tolerable, though.
I have lived in several apartment complexes townhomes in the Kansas City area and Summit Crossing has easily been my favorite by far.
|Recommended: YesNew Resident Portal — We've not had any major issues. Would recommend the community to people. They are family friendly. My only issue is this new portal. IT IS NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY.

|Recommended: YesI Love The Upscale Feeling And Quietness Of Living Here. — I love how upscale and quiet it is. They are polite work with you and truly care about you. Some even come with a security system and or basement. They are the only properties that are pet friendly and not judgemental on the breed.
